What's New with the Darien Lions Club
On January 16, 2025 Mina Kim, accompanied by her family, presented the Darien Lions Club with (44) pairs of eyeglasses to be distributed to those in need! Mina is in 8th grade and was recently Miss Korea in the International Junior Miss competition. Mina‘s goal is to become an Ophthalmologist and her inspiration comes from her family’s issues with vision impairment.
About Us
Our Background
We meet twice each month from September through June. One meeting is a business meeting, and the other is a dinner meeting that features a guest speaker. Four of our dinner meetings are semi-formals which wives/significant-others attend. Although we are serious in our work, we always manage to have a little fun as well.
