The Darien Lions Club will be hosting a banquet for Lions International
President Dr. Ashok Mehta.
This
is the first time a banquet is being held by Illinois Lions for our International President.
We all know that our Club is the best in
Illinois, so let’s show up in numbers to meet him and hear him speak
about the programs of Lions International.
All Lions, spouses, friends are welcome. So pass the word
around.

Time: Reception & Social Hour 4:00 to 5:30PM
Dinner at 5:30PM
Program starts at 6:30PM and ends by 8:00PM
Social hours continues 8:00-9:00PM
Price: $25.00 per person (Cash Bar)
Dinner will include rolls/butter, soup, salad, chicken or fish or
Indian vegetarian plate, potato, dessert, and red/white wine served on the
table with meal.
All
the District Governors have been informed and will be using their
newsletters to advertise this function to their Clubs.
This banquet will also be featured in next month's Illinois
Lions Magazine.
