District 1-J Bowling Tournament

The District 1-J Bowling Tournament is quickly approaching. As most of you know, this is a great time to meet with other Lions in the District for fun and fellowship.

Itinerary for the day is listed below.  All team sign-up sheets and money are due by the business meeting on January 12, 2005.  No sign up sheet will be accepted without the money.  All team captains will be responsible for any substitutions and all money paid is nonrefundable.  Mystery Pot will be collected by Lion Brian at the bowling alley.  Get your teams together and come out and have fun!

Directions:  
Take Rt. 83 north to
North Avenue (Rt. 64), then 
west 1.2 mi. to Addison Rd., then
north 2 mi. to E. Lorraine, then 
east to Stardust Bowl (You can't miss it!) 

Costs:  
Entry fee per 5 man team $75.00
Banquet fee per member $15.00
